ICISTE  is an expert organization for  international science and technology cooperation issues including the monitoring of the international joint projects.

ICISTE combines highly qualified experts specializing in the development, management and implementation of international scientific, technological and educational programs in the field of science and technology aiming practical application in Russia.

Experts of the ICISTE are constant participants of the international programs. They are included in the expert councils and working groups of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Framework Programme of the European Union and other international programs and organizations. Experts of the ICISTE assist in the implementation of the bilateral cooperation programs in priority areas of science and technology with the countries of Europe, Asia, North and Latin America.
