The Centre's mission is to promote the economic, social, environmental and cultural development of Chernivtsi region (Danube region), improvement of local governments, the formation of civil society efforts to involve all segments of the population to participate actively in the life of local communities, development and implementation of targeted programs of the region, integration into the European and the global community.
