Inter-branch scientific and technical centre for wind power at National Ukrainian Academy of Sciences was founded in 2000. Its basic role lies in providing scientific, technical and organizational support in wind farms construction and operations in Ukraine. Its experts have wide experience in complex solution of all works related to wind farm construction. The Centre carries out activities such as conferences, seminars and training courses in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy. Moreover, it cooperates with several Ukrainian and international organizations in the implementation of joint projects in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency.
