Organised as a general directorate, with 46 persons, IBE is responsible for the implementation of EU funds for energy within the framework of the operational programe for Increase of Competitiveness and the operational program for Large Infrastructures. It coveres all stages of implementation from evaluation and selection of projects, through monitorisation and payments with the financing agreements and with the selected beneficiaries.
