Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe - Bulgaria was established in 1993. The Centre, well known among environmental NGOs, assists in the environmental problem solving on local level by combining specific expertise, international support from REC HO and Bulgarian partners. REC is part of regional projects and international initiatives.
