GRENA, the Georgian network for research and education and the University of Georgia will be hosting the 1st EaP conference on e-infrastructure. This 2-day conference will focus on infrastructures for Open Science and aims to become a platform for collaboration on research and education in the Eastern Partnership.

Speakers will lead interactive discussions about Open Science and foster the exchange of ideas in areas such as physics, seismology, bio medical sciences, climate change and ecology.

EaPEC2016 will also award winners of the 1st Enlighten Your Research programme in EaP with valuable network services to advance their research.

EaPEC 2016 is organised by the EU-funded project EaPConnect and welcomes policy makers, researchers, students, and experts on networking and high performance computing for research and education from EaP countries and all over the world.
