The programme is open for research teams from any discipline. The applicants should submit their proposals by 30 June 2016 following the application guidelines outlined on the EaP Connect website.

The EaP Connect project aims to create a world-class regional research and education network in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, and connect it to the European network. It is in line with the recently revised European Neighbourhood Policy that calls for increased interconnectivity and economic development for the European Union and its neighbours.

'Enlighten Your Research Global' is an initiative of twelve national research and education networks (NRENs) from around the world joining their resources. The Enlighten Yor Research Global Program is soliciting researchers and collaborations that could see immediate benefit to their scientific output through significantly augmented networking and computing resources that they may not have traditionally had access to.

If your final proposal is selected for the EYR@EaP program, you (the main applicant) will get to go to the EaPConnect Annual Conference in Tbilisi, Georgia, October 6-7, 2016, for free. You will be able to present your research project at this Conference and you will be able to go to another conference of your choice organized in Europe.

Apart from the above, the selected final projects can also gain access to:

• Support and advice on end-to-end network connectivity and use of services.
• Commitment to an agreed level of (network) resource provisioning and support for 1 year.
