In the framework of Black Sea Horizon Project (BSH), the involved institutions are well advanced in the preparation of the Black Sea Cooperation Programme (BSCP). In that context, the Workshop in Brussels will offer an insight of the current progress (Terms of Reference for this Programme, as well as tentative research topics).

The Workshop will involve policy makers (Scientific Attaches in Brussels and members of the EaP Panel on R&I), representatives of international organizations, Liaison Office representatives from countries and organizations that are not currently involved in that process, allowing their potential participation in the final preparatory steps before the formal launching of the Programme.
