IncoNet EaP Summer School on 'Energy Efficiency. Few more days left to apply (21.4.2016)
From the generation of the first project ideas to the successful implementation of projects in intercultural and multidisciplinary teams, the work of researchers and project managers involves a wide range of challenges. IncoNet EaP is running a summer school for young researchers and project managers from the Eastern Partnership Countries, EU Member States and Associated Countries active in the field of 'energy efficiency'. The aim of the training is to learn more about project management processes in international scientific projects particularly related to Horizon 2020 as well as Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions to support mobility. Deadline for application is 21 April 2016.

The main objectives of the summer school are to provide the participants an insight into:
Date and location 13-17 June 2016 in Vienna, Austria Please note, that the Summer School will be organised in Vienna and not as originally planned in Istanbul. Target group Early-stage researchers and research project managers from EaP Countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) EU Member States and Associated Countries (for a list of associated countries under Horizon 2020 please visit this link). They should be well embedded in stable research teams of institutions in their own countries and interested in EaP-EU/AC research cooperation as well as willing to develop their ability in managing projects and cooperating within projects funded by the Horizon 2020 and other research programmes open for EaP-EU/AC research cooperation. Early-stage researchers and research project managers active in the field of 'energy efficiency' who are interested in participating in Horizon 2020 in the pillars of 'excellent science' (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions) and 'societal challenges' (Secure, Clean and Efficient Energy) are invited to apply for the summer school. Application and deadline Deadline for application is 21 April 2016. To apply for the IncoNet EaP summer school, please complete the online application form before the aforementioned deadline. Fees Participation in the summer school is free of charge. Travel and accommodation costs will be covered by the organisers, however, participants are required to cover their traveling costs which will then be reimbursed. |
