The event aims to provide a forum for selected stakeholders to promote the dialogue between research based clusters of the  regions – European Union and Black Sea - , offering the chance to exchange experiences, best practices, fostering cooperation opportunities, recommendations on the development, management, operation and internationalization of these research based clusters.

The event includes presentations, Q&A sessions and moderated discussions.

Participants – cluster managers from the two regions – will be invited by the organizer RCISD.

Travel and accommodation costs of the selected participants will be covered from the Black Sea Horizon project budget.
